   I am disappointed that it it so painful and maybe not even possible to just simply watch this streamed mass without going through this hassle. So far I have not been able to load the stream. I simply want to play it for my 99 year old Mom who just wants her Christmas to be real by watching Mass.

     I’m sorry to hear you were having issues with watching this Mass. Can you please describe the issue you were having, and on what device you were trying to watch? (The livestream, which is hosted on YouTube, is working for me this afternoon.)
